What happened in result of not eating on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2003 @ 9:42 p.m.

This morning when I woke up I could barely get out of bed. I felt like I was going to throw up and faint. My heart was beating fast. I had a stomach ache and head ache. My mom even said I looked like death had run over me, and that I was extrememly pale with dark circles under my eyes(I went to sleep at about 9:15 p.m. last night because I was so tired). So I got to stay home from school. I also had to eat. I felt alot better after eating. But I've been eating alot today. But I guess that's okay...

I did feel like I lost wieght though. I still feel like I have. I decided that I'm only going to eat every other day(most of the time). That is my plan...
